So, your interested in work....
As of January 1st Oregon Premier Pole Barns is growing at an enormous rate. We are looking to spread into Western and Southern Oregon, as far as Eugene. We currently have multiple jobs booked through the winter and spring (our slowest season). With Solid leads, and contracted barns coming in everyday we are team building to better serve our expanding customer base.
The job of pole barn building isn't the most glamorous job, especially in the wet state of Oregon. Fall and winter weather can find you out in the rain and the wind, and up in high places. Hot summer heat radiating off the metal siding can be intense . Because of these conditions, good help can be hard to find.
At Oregon Premier we recognize those who commit themselves to the job, and are proud to say that we believe we have the best compensation in our field. We whole-heartedly believe that the way to attract and keep only the best craftsmen in the business is to offer wages that are hard to refuse.
Basically pole buildings require two distinct skills. Framing and sheet metal work.Oregon Premier Pole Barns Is looking for experienced pole barn builders, framers, and metal siding workers that are willing to be compensated generously for their skills. If you can't tough it in inclement weather, take instructions, or don't have reliable transportation, don't apply. A vehicle that is geared for transporting boards and/or metal is a definite plus, but not necessary. Tools however are necessary. You will need a pneumatic nail gun as well as other basic tools such as tape measure, chalk lines, tool belt etc. We are looking for basic "grunt" laborers as well as those who are able to direct a crew under direction from our Site Manager. A critical eye for a job well done is necessary, and responsibility for quality a must. Weekends and major holidays off, out of town jobs are provided a per diem.
If you've made it through all that and are still with us, we congratulate you and cordially invite you to fill out our application below!
