Pole Building Kits Make Sense!
When you want to build, but price is a big factor, Oregon Pole Barns along with Pacific Pole Buildings Kits, can make your job easier with a custom designed pole barn kit. We understand that pole barn kits in Oregon can be a disgruntling thing, that is, unless you’re dealing with the professionals at Oregon Pole Barns. Typically when the DIY barn kit arrives, you can bet you're going to have more of a mess and a bigger puzzle than you ever bargained for. Invariably the pieces you need first are going to be on the bottom, which means you have a lot of man hours ahead of you sorting through everything, not to mention the room you'll need to do so. When buying custom barn packages, Oregon Pole Barns delivers. Unlike most pole barn kits, we ship your building materials in phases to prevent damage, eliminate needed space on the job site and reduce the manpower. The first shipment you'll receive will be poles and trusses. When your holes are dug and your poles and trusses are in place set we send in the second shipment: the lumber package which contains all the materials needed for sidewalls, roof structure and framing for openings. Once the framing is completed you will make the final measurements for the metal. This will allow for a custom fit on your building that no kit can provide. Truthfully, DIY barns may take longer to build because its on your time schedule. Having material exposed to the elements, they begin to deteriorate. Our phased shipping helps reduce this and doesn’t tie up your money as each shipment is paid for separately. Who else can make that claim at any price? Oregon Pole Barns is truly a custom material supplier. We do not always include windows or overhead doors in our material packages as these items can usually be purchased locally without the need to charge extra for shipping and handling. Another big factor is we don't want our customers ending up with broken panes or scratched and bent doors. We do however offer installation service on overhead doors at competitive prices. And speaking of fees, one of the best reasons to consider purchasing a customized garage or shop kit is because of the way you can pay for it. Because we offer our materials shipped in phases when you're ready for them, we provide maximum flexibility in the payment schedule by essentially allowing you to finance your own building. You can purchase and pay for each phases shipment individually and when you have the funds. Need a little more time to gather your resources? No problem! Starting out with a down payment gets you on your way to the garage, shop, or barn you've always dreamed- in an affordable offer that is exclusive to Oregon Pole Barns. Before we leave you standing in your field with a load of lumber and metal that overwhelms you, we have resourced available contractors that will do partial and complete builds. A lot of this depends on time and availability, but given enough lead time, its something you may consider. Prices range from $1000 per day to $1,500 per day depending on distance. (Minimum 4 days) A partial build includes digging holes, setting poles and setting trusses. Additional services for applying OSB or CDX and wall framing is also available.
